VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY- TERMS AND CONDITIONS *

WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY: - 1. We offer a unique package and also the flexibility to create your own custom package, as to have the Wedding videography & Photography the way you desire it. VIDEO PRODUCTION Music for video must be provided before the wedding date so that the editing can be finished on time. Any changes to the Video must be advised within 7 days after the completion, 2. METHOD OF PAYMENT to secure your date for video or photography, a booking fee of $...400........ is required. 3. Balance for the coverage must be paid one month prior to the wedding. The videographer or photographer can/ may remain more than the specified times, for a FEE or $150.00 per hour after. (Unless it is included in the package) REFUND POLICY: THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. 4. Client must pay the deposit and final payment described below before the Photographer/videographer has any obligation to perform the Assignment. If there is a failure to pay the deposit and final payment before the wedding, the negatives or any digital images and Video will remain the property of the studio and the studio will not provide them to the client. THE GIVEN BALANCE FOR THE COVERAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. 5. Our edited version of videos & Photographs are delivered within 3 to 4 months after the event depending upon the time of year and edited version must be collected within 4 months after the Wedding Day, Any videos/Photos not collected will be disposed of after a period of 6 months and the Studio will not be liable for any damages. The postage cost must be paid by the client, if they can’t collect them in person. 6. “It is hereby expressly agreed and declared that the Studio is the owner of copyright in all proofs and photographs & Videos taken pursuit to this Order.” The negatives or any digital images remain the property of the studio. 7. Studio will advertise the photos and videos in magazines, websites or Facebook unless you provide a written letter not to do so. 8. The Studio and Client further agree that the Studio cannot be held responsible for any specific image/video that may not be delivered. Client acknowledges and understands that Photographer/Videographer uses a highly stylized and photojournalistic approach to the Assignment, with few prearranged or posed shots. Any failure by the Studio to deliver any specific image shall not be a breach of this Agreement, shall not result in a refund of any money paid by Client to the Studio, and Studio shall not provide any other remedy to Client. 9. Client must agree with the recommended times given in the application form and if they disagree with the recommended times the studio will not be held responsible for the quality of the production. 10. The client understands that, although our team takes proper safety precautions when using our equipment, we expect guests to stay clear of the equipment and parents to supervise their children. The client understands that any damage and/or interference with our equipment may result in the failure of us providing photos or videos to our high standard if at all. 12. The client understands that, although we do provide UAV drone videography, we cannot be held responsible if the weather, technical conditions and/or prohibited flying spaces do not permit the use of our drone and there will be no refund of any money paid. It is the responsibility of the client to provide video locations where drone use is safe as well as permitted. 13. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that the Company’s work is constantly evolving; that the Company's services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the photos and/ or videos may be different from photos and/ or videos done by the company in the past; and that in creating the photos or videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create images consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos or videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria and THE BALANCE FOR THE COVERAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.14. Client must pay a re-scheduling fee of $100 if there is any change of the location, date or time of your booking.

DRY ICE & FIREWORKS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INDOOR FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DRY ICE SMOKE: - 1. We offer a unique package and the flexibility to create your own custom package, as to have the Wedding FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DJ, MC & DRY ICE SMOKE the way you desire it. 2. Book early to avoid disappointment. However, we also do accept last minute bookings. 3. METHOD OF PAYMENT To secure your date for INDOOR FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DRY ICE SMOKE – WEDDING AND SPECIAL EFFECTS or WEDDING DJ AND MC HIRE, a booking fee of $...200........is required. 4. Balance for the coverage must be paid one month prior to the wedding. REFINDOOR FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DRY ICE SMOKE: - 4. Balance for the coverage must be paid one month prior to the wedding. REFUND POLICY: THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. 5. Down payment is necessary to secure your event time and date. Your booking will only be confirmed once we received your deposit. 6. If the hirer cancels after booking, the deposit and all other monies paid are non-refundable. 7. Prior notice is required for the changes of time and date. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue. 8. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the venue and get approval before the booking. No money will be refunded if we are forced to cancel due to the venue’s request. 9. The client understands that, although our team takes proper safety precautions when using and storing the Dry Ice and Sparkle machines, we expect guests to stay clear of the equipment and parents to supervise their children. 10. All of our Dry Ice and Sparkle packages include a trained operator for up to 2 hours. For any additional hours, the client must pay $150 per hour. We highly recommend having the first dance straight after the cake cutting. 11 Client must pay a re-scheduling fee of $100 if there is any change of the location, date or time of your booking. 12. “It is hereby expressly agreed and declared that the Studio is the owner of copyright in all proofs and photographs & Videographs taken pursuit to this Order.” The negatives or any digital images remain the property of the studio. 13. Studio will advertise the photos and videos in magazines, websites or Facebook unless you provide a written letter not to do only before the event. 14. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the Special effect and services shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria and THE BALANCE FOR THE COVERAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
